14 days money back policy

WittyTool offers a free trial version of each software, allowing customers to test before buying. Due to this, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee from the order date on our platform, only under specific conditions. No refunds after the guarantee period. Technician licenses and orders from unauthorized channels are not eligible for refunds.

 

Accepted circumstances of full refund

WittyTool offers refunds for:

1. Wrong product/version purchases; refund after correct purchase.

2. Duplicate purchases of the same or similar products within 14 days.

3. Double charges due to our payment platform.

4. Unauthorized EDS charges; partial refund accepted.

5. No license key received within 24 hours with no timely response; refund if not needed future.

6. Unresolved technical issues within 14 days of support; refund if customer doesn’t want future upgrade.

 

Circumstances of no refund

1. The order is past the 14-day limit.

2. The software doesn’t meet advertised functions; please refer to the product page.

3. No refund for technical issues without details or cooperation with our support team.

 

How should I request a refund?

1. Provide detailed problem (with screenshots) showing software issue.

2. WittyTool support will assist.

3. Refund if issue can’t be resolved.

 

What should I do when refund request is accepted?

Once the refund is approved, uninstall and remove the software immediately as the license key will be banned.
